Shipping costs
The shipping costs which you see indicated at every product are the shipping costs within the Netherlands. When you go through the ordering process, you can choose your country and the shipping costs will change by then, that is before the actual order is sent.
When you like to return a product to us, you will pay the shipping costs from Baptist to your address and the costs for returning it. Please contact our store if you like to send something back to us, so that we can discuss together about the best option.
Besides, we send our orders within the Netherlands every day, we also ship to other countries, like Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Other countries on request.

1) 95% of our products (till 23 kg) is shipped by PostNL;
2) Parcels above 23 kg will be shipped with a postal service of our choice;
3) Pallet shipments like workbenches and machinery.
- For every order the highest indicated shipping costs will be calculated (for example, when you order a book € 4,90 and a machine € 59,00, the shipping costs will be € 59,00).
- Shipping costs are incl. VAT.
